Walter Hart, is an experienced real estate specialist who has travelled the world, worked internationally, developed and run various property businesses, and is now focussed on providing specialist real estate consultancy to individuals and companies to achieve specific goals.

After spending a decade as a senior executive in the corporate property world in South Africa, Walter relocated to Dubai in 2003 where he set up and managed a  specialist marketing consultancy to major property developers in the region. The success of this business lead to  appointments by the Reed Midem Organisation ( RMO ) based in Paris, in the field of exhibition sales, and the Tourism and Development and Investment Company ( TDIC ) to launch a prestigious property development on Saadiyat Beach in Abu Dhabi.

In 2010 Walter moved back to Cape Town and initiated the Sicitur Consultancy business.

In early 2017 Walter and his wife Isabella made a lifestyle decision and moved to Langebaan on the Westcoast of South Africa. They opened the Westcoast branch of "Realtor of Excellence", covering property sales and commercial and industrial leasing from Grotto Bay to Dwarskeersbos. Major towns in the zone include; Langebaan, Saldanha, Vredenberg, Velddrif, St. Helena bay, Paternoster, Jacobsbaai, Hopefield, Darling and Malmesbury.

Walter has subsequently taken on the sales management of units in the Langebaan Manor Retirement and Lifestyle Estate being developed by the Devmark Property Group. This project lies in the heart of Langebaan and will be the premier choice for retirement homes for ths area. Pre-sales have commenced and construction is due to start by the end of 2019.

There will be 100 two-bed units varying in size from 103 sqm to 150 sqm. A high Health Care and Community Centrre will provide medical services, restaurant, and events for the residents.
